Spring rolls

Lulu likes to see the ingredients for making spring rolls lined up on the kitchen countertop. After the first time we made them, she asked that we prepare them again and again.

While you will naturally need to help with a few steps of the process, these rolls are perfect for a child’s small hands to prepare and hold. If you don’t have or like shrimp, fresh crabmeat or smoked salmon also work well in this recipe.
